Who we are

EyesRevoke (www.eyesrevoke.com) is a free web app with guided eye exercises, break reminders and articles about eye comfort during screen work. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

Questions and requests about your data: [email protected].

Data we collect without an account

You can use the exercises and read the guides without signing up. In that case we collect usage analytics only: pages you open, exercise sessions you start and finish, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you got to the site.

Analytics is collected by Yandex Metrica (including click maps and session replay, which records page interactions such as clicks and scrolling), PostHog, and our own event log, which stores a random session identifier, the page path and exercise progress.

Settings such as your preferred exercise program and dismissed hints are kept in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.

Data we collect with an account

If you create an account, we store your email address, the name from your Google profile if you sign in with Google, your time zone and language, your exercise history (program, duration, number of exercises, optional comfort rating) and your reminder settings.

If you turn on push reminders, we store the push subscription your browser provides so we can deliver notifications. We keep a log of reminders sent so you don't get duplicates.

How we use data

To run the app: sign you in, save your progress and streaks, and send the reminders you asked for by push notification or email.

To improve the app: understand which exercises and pages are useful and fix problems.

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.

Service providers

Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and network), Resend (reminder emails), PostHog, EU region (product analytics), Yandex Metrica (web analytics) and Google (only if you choose “Sign in with Google”).

If you click “Say Thanks”, you go to Gumroad, which has its own privacy policy. We don't receive your payment details.

We publish our own articles and tips to our Pinterest account. No visitor or user data is sent to Pinterest.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language. Analytics tools set their own cookies and local storage entries to tell visits apart. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the exercises keep working without them.

How long we keep data

Account data is kept while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, exercise history, reminder settings and push subscriptions; analytics events stay but are no longer linked to you.

Analytics providers keep data according to their own retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or delete your account and all associated data by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

You can turn reminders off at any time in Settings, and unsubscribe from push notifications in your browser.

Children

EyesRevoke is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. Articles about eye breaks for kids are written for parents.

Not medical advice

EyesRevoke is a wellness tool, not a medical service. We don't collect health records or diagnoses. See an eye doctor if you have pain or changes in vision.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
