Before you start

  • Follow the dot with your eyes only — keep your head still.
  • Move your gaze to a comfortable limit without strain.
  • Hold your gaze for a second at each extreme point.
  • After movement exercises, blink slowly or cover your eyes to relax.
  • Adjust speed and dot size below the timer anytime.
